How we label it
Every artist and song page shows a visible notice right next to the work, linking to this page. On YouTube, Instagram and streaming services we use the AI labels those platforms provide.
Technical provenance data that AI tools write into the files (e.g. C2PA) is left unchanged.
AI in website texts
Texts and page templates on this website are partly created with the help of AI systems (including Claude by Anthropic). They are reviewed, edited and owned by us.
Legal framework
We provide this information on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act), in particular Article 50.
Article 50(4) – obligations of deployers: anyone who uses AI to generate image, audio or video content that may appear authentic must disclose that it has been artificially generated. For evidently artistic works, a notice that does not hamper the enjoyment of the work is sufficient.
LionMusiX uses AI systems as a deployer. The technical marking of content (Article 50(2)) is the responsibility of the AI system providers.
Rights & use
Lyrics and compositions are copyright-protected works of their authors. Recordings, images and videos on this website may only be used with our express written consent. Song downloads and ringtones are subject to the terms stated at purchase.
